"Andy was the listing agent for the sale of a family property. He was a consummate professional through the entire process. He listened to our needs, performed extensive market research, educated us on market conditions, helped us weigh pricing considerations, coached us on staging and developed a strategic marketing plan. But actions speak louder than words. We sold the home within two days of it being on the market at our asking price. The closing was flawless. We couldn't have asked for a better experience or outcome."Curt, South Boston
"Andy's level of customer service is unmatched. He is very knowledgeable in every aspect of buying and selling a home. I have worked with him several times and every time I am more than happy to see that he is representing the buyer or seller as I know it will be a smooth transaction. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home."Patrick, Boston
"I worked with Andy during the purchase of my daughter's condominium. While Andy represented both parties, we always felt that he had our best interest at heart. Andy was friendly, responsive, professional and went out of his way several times to answer questions and provide guidance that could be considered outside the realm of his typical duties and responsibilities. Andy is a true professional and pleasure to work with."Ed, Charlestown
